Tuesday, February 13, 7:00 pm–9:00 pm
Temple Sinai, Oakland In the wake of Charlottesville, and in response to the J Weekly article about rising anti-Semitism in Bay Area schools, Temple Sinai and the Jewish Community Relations Council are pleased to announce a program designed to provide participants with the tools and strategies they need to be advocates, resources, and proactive partners in addressing challenges facing children and schools in the East Bay.

The moderated panel features community educators and leaders including Jacqueline Regev, Director of Education, Anti-Defamation League Central Pacific Region, and Ilana Kaufman, JCRC Public Affairs and Civic Engagement Director, East Bay.

Following the panel, breakout groups will address specific issues including advocacy and responding to anti-Semitism. Participants will leave with a toolkit of resources, articles, and strategies.
