Learning, Creating and Connecting with Our Homeless Youth Neighbors: A week of programs at Congregation Beth El

Date:
April 12, 2019 - 12:00pm to April 20, 2019 - 8:30pm
Body:
From Torah Study to BENS to an interfaith teen gathering to Shabbat Ruach, in the week before we retell and reenact our People’s miraculous story of finding freedom from slavery, there will be many different opportunities for people of all ages in our community to learn, create and connect with our at-risk and homeless youth neighbors. During this week of programs, Beth El members will further strengthen our partnership with Youth Spirit Artworks in ongoing preparation for our fall 2019 construction days as we work with other members of our East Bay interfaith community to build the nation’s first youth tiny house village.
