Join in a protest to stand with the Care First, Jails Last coalition beginning at 1:00pm on April 1, at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin (5325 Broder Blvd). In just the first two months of 2023, four people incarcerated at Santa Rita Jail lost their lives. These are only the most recent of the at least 66 deaths in our county jail since 2014. Our loved ones and neighbors should not be pushed through the dangerous criminal legal system in order to receive mental health services.
