Count the Omer with us!

The Torah includes a mitzvah for each of us to count the days and weeks from Passover to Shavuot. This is known as Sefirat HaOmer (the Counting of the Omer). Join the Ritual Committee on Zoom each evening from April 24 through June 11 at 6pm sharp for the nightly counting and to learn a little more about this ancient practice. 

On Wednesday, April 24, the first night of the Omer, counting will take place on Zoom, and on Monday, April 29, counting will happen during the Passover Yizkor service.  On Friday evenings, the counting will occur during Friday night services. Also, our monthly Havdalah service will join the Counting the Omer service in May and June.
