In the context of the ongoing war, so many of us are grieving many different kinds of losses - the loss of those we love, the loss of dreams we've carried that have been dashed, the loss of hope that feels so far away, the loss of a sense of safety and so much more. Our members Ann Gonski and Cynthia Colvin hope to create a safe space where we can bring whatever is in our hearts, to listen and be listened to, enabling us to deepen our connection both with ourselves and with one another. This grief group will begin on Wednesday, November 29 from 7:00-8:30 pm and will be held between 2-4 sessions, depending on the number of participants and the wishes of the group. It will be held in person at Beth El and snacks will be provided.

If your primary loss at this point is of a loved one, keep an eye out for the next round of Beth El Circles - one of the Circles in the next round will be a grief Circle supporting this experience of grief.
