This group offers heartfelt support and guidance for relatives and friends who have suffered the loss of a loved one. Within a Jewish context, we address feelings of loneliness, loss, and isolation; coping with anger and other unexpected emotions; learning how to live with grief; and how to move forward. We also cover changing family dynamics, reestablishing community connections, facing financial changes, and addressing estate or other financial decisions.
