Tisha B'Av, the 9th day of the month of Av on the Hebrew calendar, is one of the most somber days of the Jewish year. This year, on Erev Tisha B'Av, we will honor the day with an informal reading of Eicha, the Book of Lamentations, which is commonly read on this day.

Please join us for a gathering in the Beit Midrash on Monday, August 12, at 7:00 PM. If there is a specific set of verses that you would like to read or chant, in either English or Hebrew, please let us know in advance; otherwise, please just show up, and we will go around in a circle and read and hear it together.
